- Arena session statistics: attempts, goals, saves and streaks, stored locally on your device so your scoreboard persists between visits. We do not receive this data.
- Analytics (only with consent): aggregated, anonymised information such as pages visited, device type and approximate region.
We do not collect special category data, and the arena does not require an account.
3. How and why we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry. Lawful basis: legitimate interests in answering questions sent to us.
- To remember your storage choices. Lawful basis: legal obligation under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it. Lawful basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Sharing your data
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with trusted processors who host our website and email services, under written contracts that require them to protect it, or where required by law.
5. International transfers
Where a processor stores data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
